Product Pricing - T&Cs

The Airmax Group works with specialist affiliates and partners and offers a white label service. Its does this through its subsidiary and brand - Airmax Remote. We do not operate an active reseller scheme or any product distribution or sales programmes. We are a wholesaler of equipment and service provision. We can either sell or rent units and provide the web hosting and airtime. Or customers are generally from the leasing and banking sectors but also individual fleets and insurance companies.

We are happy to quote fleets and resellers and we are willing to bespoke software and hardware to meet your requirements. We are keen to work with other telematics companies that are looking to add Canbus protocols to their own offerings.

We are happy to engage in large projects or schemes with an open book arrangement.

Requirements for less than 2500 units will be subject to an individual quotation.

Cars and Vans

• The recommended retail price for in-vehicle hardware for small volume is £275 and £10 a month for the standard service.

Volume orders of 2500 - 5000 units is:

• In-vehicle hardware – £180 ( standard specification on OBD)
• Installation or de-installation - £55 – UK
• Airtime – £15.00 per annum, payable in advance
• Service Fee – Standard Fleet Services – £60 per annum, payable in advance. Other service can be activated on request but may incur additional charges, e.g. frequent updates on tracking services, between an additional £2 – £5 per vehicle per month depending on update rates
• Vehicle recovery fee – £250 per activation
• Refurbishment – £50.00 on return plus charges for missing equipment (antenna or cable harness etc).

Volume orders of >5000 units is:

• POA

Trucks

• In-vehicle hardware – £300 ( standard specification on FMS )
• Installation or de-installation - £55 – UK
• Airtime – £15.00 per annum, payable in advance
• Service Fee – Standard Fleet Services – £120 per annum, payable in advance. Other service can be activated on request but may incur additional charges, e.g. frequent updates on tracking services, between an additional £2 – £5 per vehicle per month depending on update rates
• Vehicle recovery fee – £250 per activation
• Re-furbishment – £50.00 on return plus charges for missing equipment (antenna or cable harness etc).
• Job dispatch and route optimisation software will be subject to individual quotation.
• Trailer tracking will be subject to individual quotation.

Airmax will offer a fair use policy and reserves the right to add charges for abuse and malicious damage or where an application usage is above the normal. Normal for the purposes of this is equal to or less than 250kB of GPRS data per month. There is no roll-over and no aggregation of multiple SIMs.

Airtime pricing will vary outside the UK and when vehicles are roaming. Worldwide GSM roaming tariffs are available but subject to a separate levy and outside the standard tariff.

Units for export will be quoted and agreed in advance and may be subject to currency exchange rates at the time.

We do not generally support free trials but will look at each opportunity on its merits and decide accordingly.
