Combined data from Airmax Scope Card and vehicle generated telematics offer the ultimate in business expense management with real-time reports and verification of transactions. Airmax' new concept in fuel purchase and management combines data from the vehicle and the card in real-time which can be viewed over the internet.

Using Airmax’s new in-vehicle telematics technology the vehicle’s fuel consumption data is captured from the vehicle’s electronic management system and reports over a mobile network to a secure server. Then:

  • Transaction data from registered card is transmitted to match the fuel transaction
  • The on-board system captures refuel events and logs the amount before and after refuel*
  • Will notify you of vehicles faults from the vehicle’s EOBD and ECU’S
  • Displays the garage on Google maps with time and date
  • Transmits in real-time the refuel event together with transaction data and collates it on the vehicle’s secure central database
  • Vehicle ID is transmitted including driver ID if equipped with RFID tags
  • Accurate mileage totals are captured from the vehicle’s CANBus and transmitted with every refuel event
  • CO2 emissions are calculated by mileage and fuel burn
  • Driver profiling reports compare fuel consumption in league tables
  • Offers comparison reports on fuel consumption and CO2 savings for vehicles downloaded with eco maps in the fuel ECU
  • Airmax reports will highlight exceptions and have built security measures that highlight misuse by drivers
  • Will highlight unusual purchasing patterns
