Are all costs and terms in writing?

What costs are up front?

Can you make automatic monthly payments via credit or debit card?

Are there any other costs for service after the sale?

Have you got an escrow agreement?

Can the equipment be leased or rented?

Are there any installation fees - if so what is the cost?

Are there restrictions on the amount of users that can access the system - if so, are there additional license fees?
