Directions
Marlin Office Village is located 500 yards from Junction 5 of the M6 via the A452, giving immediate access south to the national motorway network. To go north on the M6 or to Birmingham City Centre, (5.5 miles to the west), take either the Fort Parkway (A47 Spine Road) or the Kingsbury/Tyburn Road (A38).
The barriers will automatically open on approach.
Marlin Office Village is on the same site as the Express by Holiday Inn Hotel, which has meeting room facilities and the Fort Jester Public House with restaurant facilities. The Fort Retail Park and a Sainsbury's Superstore are located nearby and the scheme is a few minutes drive from the entertainment complex at Star City. Birmingham's International Airport and Railway Station & the NEC are all approximately 10 miles from the site via either M6 & M42 South or A432 Collector Road.
